It’s time to throw out the old rules.  Our world is changing, and it is time we start doing things differently.  My mission is to find creative solutions to issues in and out of the classroom, creating a better experience for everyone.

I am a school superintendent in the suburbs of Chicago.  I pride myself on building connections within my schools and the local communities.  I hope that you find inspiration in my posts so that teachers can connect better with their students, administrators can connect with their staff, and community members feel heard and connected.  And let’s have some fun along the way…because if we don’t, then neither will the kids!
